Step into Christmas at Hooray’s with a magical one-hour Santa experience for the whole family.

Join us on Wednesday 16 or Thursday 17 December for much more than a quick visit to Santa. Each session is shared with a small group of families, creating a relaxed, festive atmosphere with plenty of time for every child to settle in, chat with Santa and enjoy the magic.

Your experience begins in Santa’s cosy upstairs grotto, where he’ll share a very special Christmas story created especially for Hooray’s. Each child will have their own time with Santa, receive a special gift and have plenty of opportunities for festive photos.

The fun then continues in the Hooray’s Playroom. Little ones can play, enjoy a scoop of our handmade gelato and tuck into a festive cookie, while Santa joins in with the fun, chats with the children and poses for even more photos.

Grown-ups are part of the experience too, with a warming mulled wine or hot chocolate and a festive cookie included with every adult ticket.

Every child’s ticket includes:

🎅 A one-hour Santa experience
📖 A special Christmas story in Santa’s cosy grotto
💬 One-to-one time with Santa
🎁 A gift from Santa
🍨 A scoop of handmade Hooray’s gelato
🍪 A festive cookie
🧸 Playtime in the Hooray’s Playroom
📸 Plenty of opportunities to take your own photos

Every adult ticket includes:

🎄 The full one-hour family experience
☕ A mulled wine or hot chocolate
🍪 A festive cookie
📸 Plenty of festive family photo opportunities

There are no rushed two-minute visits or long queues. If your little one feels shy at first, there’s plenty of time for them to settle in and enjoy the experience at their own pace.

Relaxed SEN Storytime Sessions

We’re offering one Relaxed SEN Storytime session on each day. These sessions will have smaller groups, a quieter atmosphere and a gentler, more relaxed pace, giving children extra space and time to feel comfortable.

They’ll include all the same festive Hooray’s magic, from the special story and time with Santa to a gift, gelato, cookies and playtime.

Tickets are limited due to the small group sizes, so book early to secure your family’s place.

Everyone attending requires a ticket, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session, as Storytime will begin promptly at the advertised time.
